Job Summary
A leading manufacturer in Thetford is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Isolator Operator to join its production team. This role is crucial for maintaining a controlled production environment, ensuring products are prepared, assembled, and inspected according to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain isolator equipment following standard operating procedures.
Assemble, prep, and inspect products within the isolator environment.
Ensure accurate documentation of production processes and material usage.
Monitor material quality and report any deviations or issues.
Support production lines by providing materials and components as needed.
Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance of isolators.
Communicate effectively with production, quality, and warehouse teams.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and GMP-regulated hygiene standards.
Report shortages, delays, or quality concerns promptly. Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or controlled environment is desirable.
Comfortable working in isolators and with protective equipment.
Physically capable of handling materials safely.
Strong attention to detail and focus in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and time management skills.
Willingness to follow strict operational procedures and protocols.
Basic computer or scanner use may be required for tracking inventory. Benefits
