About the Job Reporting to the Senior Company Accountant you will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties Key responsibilities Maintaining a computerised accounting system for a number of group companies Processing and maintaining purchase and sales ledgers Performing regular bank reconciliations Preparing and submitting VAT returns Completing intercompany account reconciliations Assisting with payment runs and supplier queries Support with preparing management accounts and year-end accounts Preparing project costings Undertaking general administrative and accounts support tasks as required Previous experience Previous experience working in a busy office environment Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification or currently studying your ATI (Desirable) or Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA Experience Using Sage - Desirable Microsoft Excel For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence.
