THE EMPLOYER IS: CREGGAN NEIGHBOURHOOD PARTNERSHIP Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Creggan Neighbourhood Partnership centre as acting as first point of contact for users and visitors.
This role is responsible for managing front of house operations, general administrative support and maintaining an organised and functional reception area.
- To filter telephone calls on behalf of all staff, take messages and when required, pass on any referrals to the appropriate member of staff.
- Photocopying, scanning.
- Set up boardroom for meetings and conferences ensuring catering requirements are met.
- To keep and maintain general tidiness of reception area.
- To maintain storage and organizing of stationery.
- To provide tea, coffee and refreshments for visitors and meetings as and when required.
- To deal with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- To maintain visitor’s book.
- General typing of documents, databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaboration skills - able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Social skills - greeting guests and gaining good interactive skills with all personnel.
- Organisational skills - sharing and coordinating daily timetable of incoming visitors, processing incoming post and deliveries.
- IT skills - Some experience of using MS office 365 Suite including Teams.
- Experience of working with the community & voluntary sector, community organisation, charity or office hub.
- An openness to work evenings and weekends when needed.
