We're growing our team in Derry and are looking for motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join us. We are a Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice operating across the UK and Ireland. Our services cover Cost Management, Project Management, Due Diligence, and Construction Advisory, delivered with the precision, independence and professionalism that define our reputation. Our clients include major developers, financial institutions and public bodies. From landmark residential developments to complex healthcare, education and mixed‑use projects we deliver with purpose and pride.

• Acting as Quantity Surveyor on healthcare, residential, and education projects.
• Providing Bank Monitoring services on commercial and residential schemes.
• Leading cost and programme control across projects valued in excess of €100m nationwide.

This is a hands‑on role, with real client exposure, career growth, and the opportunity to make your mark in a progressive and supportive environment.

• Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics.
• 5+ years relevant experience within a consultancy, developer or client‑side role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a sharp commercial focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset; someone who thrives on responsibility and growth.
