THE EMPLOYER IS: LEAFAIR WELL-BEING VILLAGE This role focuses on coordinating bookings and scheduling facility use to ensure efficient operations and resource allocation, delivering professional and approachable customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and engaging with visitors by providing assistance, information, and support to enhance their overall experience.
Responsibilities- Bookings & Scheduling - Handle reservations and allocate time slots for facility use while maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth coordination.
- Customer Service - Act as the first point of contact for visitors and members of the public, provide information, assistance, and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance - Carry out general housekeeping duties to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Public Engagement - Engage positively with members of the public to enhance their experience. Promote facility services and encourage community participation.
- Operational Support - Assist with setting up and preparing spaces for events or activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
- Communication Skills - Ability to interact clearly and courteously with the public.
- Customer Service Orientation - Responsive to visitor needs.
- Organisational Skills - Capable of managing bookings, schedules, and multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to Detail - Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and accurate records.
- Problem-Solving - Handling queries, complaints, or unexpected issues calmly and effectively.
- Teamwork - Working collaboratively with colleagues to support facility operations.
- Adaptability - Flexible in responding to changing schedules, tasks, or public demands.
- Basic IT Skills - Using booking systems, email, and other digital tools confidently.
- Health & Safety Awareness - Understanding and applying safety procedures to protect staff and visitors.
