Brewery Support Worker

THE EMPLOYER IS: ROUGH BROTHERS BREWINGYou will assist the Head Brewer and brewery team in the day-to-day operation of the brewery, supporting with production, bottling, cleaning, and organisation. This role will provide hands-on experience in the brewing industry and an introduction to craft production, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety.

• Assist with labelling, bottling, and packaging of finished products.
• Support the cleaning and sanitising of brewing equipment, vessels, and work spaces.
• Help maintain stock of ingredients, bottles, and packaging materials.
• Follow instructions from the Head Brewer and assist with all reasonable tasks.
• Support in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control.

• Strong organisational and communication skills, paying attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Organised and willing to learn or undertake training as required.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Interest in event management or operations.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent qualification/experience).
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email).
• UK driving licence and access to/own transport.
