Social Media​/Marketing Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: WHATS ON YOUR WALL DERRY LTD Responsible for managing the organisation's online presence, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms.

• Content Creation:
  Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos, to promote the brand and engage the audience.
• Social Media Strategy:
  Design and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals, aiming to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and improve customer engagement.
• Community Management:
  Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering relationships, and building a loyal following.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with marketing, PR, and advertising teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the brand's message and engage with the audience.
• Creativity:
  Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
• Familiarity with Social Media Platforms:
  In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
• 4 GCSE'S C or above.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
