Senior Social Commerce Specialist; Paid Social

We’re looking for a Senior Social Commerce Specialist (Paid Social) for QVC UK. You’ll be the operational lead on Tik Tok Shop, Meta, and You Tube shopping activity as part of the social commerce strategic initiative driving revenue, engagement, and awareness on the live shopping platform.

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park West London. 2 days per week (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

You will lead the daily operations of Tik Tok Shop, serving as the main contact with Tik Tok account managers and ensuring QVC UK is well‑positioned for all Tik Tok Shop events and opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for the paid‑social activity on Meta and You Tube, planning and implementing all GMV‑Max and paid‑social campaigns on Tik Tok to drive KPIs including revenue, engagement, new customer acquisition, repeat shop rate, ROAS, and Tik Tok Shop Score.

You will collaborate with affiliate creators, influencers, external relations, and digital trading teams to maximise product performance and event success.

You will oversee the Social Commerce Assistant, nurturing their growth and expertise in a supportive and empowering way.

You’ll stay ahead of emerging live social shopping platforms, learning and implementing new initiatives as QVC UK tests them (e.g., You Tube, eBay).

You will work with the Social Commerce Lead and Social Media Manager to implement strategy and deliver results.

• Experience with social commerce live shopping or digital campaign management with hands‑on Tik Tok Shop experience.
• Operational skills with experience delivering results at pace and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• A growth mindset, resilience, and experience with learning new platforms and approaches.
• Experience in campaign planning, performance analysis, and reporting on KPIs.
