As Floor Manager, you’ll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver great service and maintain high standards.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance, drive KPIs, and foster a positive store culture.
- Team management experience in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands‑on, flexible, and decisive with a passion for delivering great service.
Salary: £27,061 per annum
Location:
Derry or Londonderry (Strand Road)
Contract:
Permanent, 40 hrs/week
