Advocacy Development Officer ( Maternity Cover )
To deliver effective and discreet advice and advocacy to people experiencing domestic abuse. Delivery of this service will include services such as listening ear signposting and carrying out enquiries on behalf of the victim.
Responsibilities- To deliver confidential advice for victims of domestic abuse
- Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with service users, raise awareness and deliver interventions as and when needed.
- Good written and verbal skills, ability to show empathy awareness of confidentiality attention to detail good knowledge of social services
