You will lead daily operations, coach the team, and coordinate with the department manager to ensure safety, quality, and on-time production of aluminum and stainless-steel assemblies. The role requires supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting with fabrication and welding, plus proficiency with MS Office and Gmail.
