Support daily store operations to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. Help lead a team aligned with practical, down-to-earth values, coaching associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash processes accurately
- Maintain merchandising standards and an inviting sales floor
- Manage inventory and support stock accuracy
- Ensure brand standards are upheld on the floor
- Partner with the Store Manager on associate training and performance feedback
- Contribute to a fun, hardworking culture that supports hands-on lifestyles
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Customer-focused mindset and effective communication
- Solid organization skills for merchandising and inventory
- Accuracy and responsibility in cash handling
- Ability to maintain brand standards and support team performance
