Own technology leadership for Javro, its internal companies, and client organizations. This person should operate as both an internal IT Director and a client-facing, fractional IT leader-not simply run a helpdesk or manage security tools. The role is designed to replace a traditional internal IT-department model with a strategic IT operations function: managed support and cybersecurity as the baseline; then automation, AI strategy, vendor governance and scalable technology systems as the value add.

This role is requires a strategic mindest for building the scalable, repeatable service-delivery foundation required for a high value MSP practice.

• Act as IT Director for Javro and affiliated internal companies:
• Own the IT roadmap, technology standards, systems priorities, vendor relationships, budgets, and operational risk.
• Build the infrastructure needed to support company growth rather than waiting until the organization reaches a particular headcount.
• Provide fractional IT Director / managed IT leadership to clients:
• Serve as the senior technology point of contact for client leadership.
• Deliver a complete managed service rather than fragmented tiers: IT support, cybersecurity, strategic planning and ongoing technology guidance.
• Own core IT operations and end-user support:
• Manage identity and access management, managed-device administration, user onboarding/offboarding, endpoint standards, shared systems, hardware and SaaS administration.
• Maintain clear documentation, escalation paths, service levels and ownership across environments.
• Lead cybersecurity as an operating discipline:
• Own email filtering, phishing and malware protections, antivirus/anti-malware monitoring, security awareness training, phishing testing, environment hardening, access controls and security-monitoring coordination.
