What you will be doing:
In this varied role you will provide accounts support to a number of departments, duties will include :
Key Responsibilities :
Processing client credit and debit card transactions as well as cheques and cash
Assisting with conveyancing completions including processing completion transactions
Daily online banking
Posting transactions to and managing client ledgers
Generating monthly reports
Adhoc duties as and when required
What you will need to succeed:
Previous accounts experience, legal background beneficial although not essential
First rate data entry and IT skills including excel as well as legal software
Good communication skills at all levels
The ability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail What you will receive in return:
