Our team of Palletizer Operators are responsible for controlling the process of packing finished products to conform to customer requirements.
Main duties- Sample product on a regular basis against product specification
- Sort and assess rejected product
- Inform the Printer of any non-conforming products identified.
- Inform the Shift Manager and QC of any non-conforming products identified
- Wrap pallet of product after final inspection
- Label pallets according to Works Order
- Hand over to the on-coming Support Pack and inform him/her of the state of the line
- Assist on print changeovers
- Assist with quality checks
- Assist with cleaning machines on Maintenance days
The rotation is 4 weeks on days and 4 weeks on nights: 6 am - 6 pm and 6 pm - 6 am.
Week 1 - Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat / Sun // Week 2 - Wed / Thurs
