Service Coordinator Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Assist with enquiries and telephone calls as required, including receiving and recording incoming customer service calls.
  • Plan and distribute service repairs to Forkway Engineers or to sub‑contractors as required.
  • Record engineer's time sheets.
  • Ensure all service department paperwork and jobs are ready for invoicing.
  • Ensure all records are filed, scanned and maintained in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Assist in all other areas of the service administration operations as required to provide full support to the service team.
  • Comply with all Company Regulations.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible, with a can‑do attitude.
  • Ability to work within timescales and to meet deadlines.
