PMVA Support workers

We are now recruiting PMVA Support Workers to join our growing team and provide exceptional care across multi‑bedded hospital settings.

As a PMVA Support Worker, you will work alongside experienced clinical teams, support patient wellbeing, and contribute to safe, therapeutic environments where your skills make a real impact.

• Provide day‑to‑day support to residents and patients
• Follow care plans and accurately record observations
• Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, families, and support staff
• Deliver one‑to‑one support when required
• Maintain safety and uphold PMVA principles at all times

• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
• PMVA training (essential)
• Mandatory healthcare training certificate
• Valid Enhanced DBS
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
