You’ll be the go‑to person for our Trade customers. Representing the team on our Trade Sales Counter, you’ll help plumbers and electricians find exactly what they need for the job. You don’t need to be an expert – it’s all about relationship building. With excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns to support a healthy work‑life balance, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career.

Availability needed between 6.45 am and 3 pm.

• Get to know your customers – chat with them over a cuppa, understand their projects and offer advice to drive sales.
• Run your own business within a business – take ownership of all your KPIs including sales, account growth, onboarding new customers and delivering great service.
• Inspire your team – guide and coach the team, building a reputation of the store to be proud of.

• Great at building relationships with customers and the team.
