We are looking for an aspiring Technician to join TGW Designs, a company that develops, installs and maintains automated warehouse systems for clients worldwide. The role will be based in Didcot and involves working on sites maintaining conveyors, shuttles, lifts and robotics.
Responsibilities- Maintain conveyors, shuttles, lifts and robotics on client sites.
- Provide on‑site support and troubleshooting for automated warehouse systems.
- Apply basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Work in a team and drive continuous improvement.
- Adhere to the early, days and lates shift pattern Monday to Friday.
- Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge (mechanic, technician, electrician or similar).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
Clear progression routes:
Technician → Engineer → Team Leader → Site Engineering Manager → Account Manager → Key Account Manager.
Full training and ongoing support are provided; the successful candidate need not be fully finished.
