PROJECT MANAGER – DIDCOT

Konnect Recruit are currently seeking an established Project Manager on a permanent or Freelance basis to run a £5million scheme in Oxfordshire. Works are primarily groundworks and MEP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Programming - ASTA

* Client liaison

* Manage site team

* NEC4 form of contract

* General construction project manager role

The successful candidate should have skills including:

* Experienced with NEC4 form of contract

* Experienced with ASTA

* Minimum qualification:

NVQ level6 or HNC in Project Management

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience within construction project management

* Computer literate with good experience of Microsoft office

* Proven track record of successfully delivered projects

* Must be a strong negotiator with exceptional planning, multi-tasking and communication skills.

* Understanding of construction technologies and building regulations.

* Team player

* Ambitious and willing to grow with the company

* Self-starter, autonomous with excellent time management

* Friendly and approachable for our clients

* Good attention to detail

* Excellent spoken and written communication

* Strong Leadership skills

* Valid driving licence

The salary is competitve, as a guide they wil pay around £75,000 - £80,000 + package or will consider a freelance day rate.
