We are currently looking to identify top talent in the UK for a Sales Associate position. We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector who is looking for a highly talented individual to join a supportive, ambitious and successful team. The successful candidate doesn’t necessarily need to already possess the knowledge or experience of this role, but most importantly you will need to possess the inner traits required to succeed.
This is a great role in which to start your career in medical devices and we will support your learning, growth & development to eventually become a highly competent medical device salesperson. - Maintain existing business while identifying and developing new sales opportunities in Maxillofacial, ENT & Neuro accounts.
- Support the sales team to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success.
- Help develop & foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and provide customer education in the field.
- Actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.
- B.A. or B.S 2:1 degree, ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent level experience).
- Some sales or business experience would be ideal but not essential.
- Natural ease to take ‘ownership’ and a coachable mentality with a growth mindset.
- Ability to demonstrate drive and desire to succeed and win.
- Aligned to Stryker Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
- Team player with leadership or position of responsibility within a team, group or community.
- English language proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
