This is a superb opportunity for an experienced private dentist to join a well-established independent practice in the Norfolk market town of Diss. The practice has served the local community for decades and enjoys a loyal and well-maintained patient base, with the majority enrolled on the practice's maintenance plan (covering routine check-ups and hygiene).

The position has arisen due to the planned retirement of a longstanding associate, who currently works four days per week. The successful candidate will inherit a busy, stable list with strong earnings potential. While the role will primarily suit a general dentist, there is significant opportunity to develop and grow the services offered; the practice is particularly keen to find a clinician with a more modern approach, especially in areas such as composite bonding or aesthetic dentistry.

Endodontic skills would be especially welcomed, with an existing part-time endodontist soon to be on maternity leave. There is also strong patient demand for treatments such as implants, oral surgery and periodontics, but these are not currently provided in-house. The practice is fully private, with no NHS commitment, and offers modern facilities including SOE, digital radiography, and intraoral scanners.

You will be joining a settled and supportive team, including the principal dentist, three associates, a hygienist, and experienced support staff. The team value a respectful, patient-focused approach and are keen to find a colleague who will share their ethos of high-quality, ethical dentistry.

Successful candidates will be fully registered with the GDC and have experience of providing private dental treatment in the UK.
