Salary: £725 per week, overtime paid at 1.333.
Hours: 16:30pm – 03:00am, 50 hours per week.
Own transport is essential due to the remote location.

This is a multi-line role, requiring the Line Leader to oversee several production lines. The position carries significant responsibility and operates at a level close to that of a departmental manager, supporting Production Manager in delivering operational excellence.
Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAs a Line Leader, you will be expected to:
- Ability to challenge when quality standards are compromised — whether on your own line or others.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Confidence to take calculated risks when necessary.

- Strong technical understanding of product specifications, machinery, and operational procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills, forward planning, problem‑solving, and time management.
