To ensure that the Accounting Department operates smoothly and efficiently while adhering to standards required by corporate policies.

• Assist with monthly forecast preparation.
• Reconcile and monitor all balance sheet accounts according to the policy.
• Assist with the preparation of the restaurant's staffing guides.
• Be responsible for the monthly Journal and closing entries.
• Assist with the preparation of the restaurant and retail store budget.
• Be responsible for month-end deadlines and schedules.
• Be responsible for the training, development and motivation of Accounting staff.
• Administer rental and tenant contracts.
• Monitor front office rebates. Prepare daily operational package that is routed to GM and Director.
• Compile month-end statistical information for financial statements.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, according to the policy and using standard templates.
• Arrange stop payments and monitor bank deposits.
• Other tasks as assigned by Director or Manager.

• Accounting designation or enrollment in a recognized Accounting Program.
• Previous f&b accounting experience at a supervisory/managerial level (Minimum 4 years preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to motivate employees.
• Proven leadership skills.
