Industry: Epoxy & Decorative Flooring, Waterproofing & Flooring
Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily accounting entries and proper bookkeeping using accounting software.
- Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and cash flow statements.
- Manage invoice preparation, billing, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare and verify project costing, material purchase expenses, subcontractor payments, and site budgets.
- Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, payroll management, and employee expense claims.
- Assist with tax compliance, VAT / GST filing, WHT, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and management regarding financial approvals.
- Implement internal financial controls to support business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, BBA, MBA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in accounting; construction or contracting industry background is an advantage.
