Core responsibilities :

• Client relationship management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for key audit clients, ensuring high-quality service and strong relationships.
• Team leadership and development:
  Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams, providing guidance to help team members achieve their full potential.
• Audit engagement oversight:
  Oversee and manage all phases of audit engagements, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Business development:
  Identify and develop new client contacts and business opportunities to drive firm growth.
• Strategic leadership:
  Contribute to the success of the firm by developing and implementing the audit strategy.

Required qualifications and skills

• Minimum years of experience in auditing, preferably within a large firm.
• Professional accounting qualification, such as ACA or ACCA, and a Master's degree in accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and at all levels of the organization.
