Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

The corporate office is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with operations spanning multiple countries, including Kenya, Ethiopia, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and India.

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Accountant based in Doha, Qatar. The Accountant will manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports, process payroll, and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, ensuring tax compliance, reconciling accounts, and assisting in audits. Collaboration with other departments to streamline financial processes will also be a critical aspect of this role.

• Strong knowledge and experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and budget management
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Attention to detail, excellent analytical abilities, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance processes, and preparation of tax filings
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaborative skills for working across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the floral or retail industry is an advantage
