We are seeking a Junior Accountant & Client Relations Executive to support our finance and client management operations. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping.
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and basic financial statements.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and tracking payments.

Client Management & Administration:

  • Manage leads, follow‑ups, and track potential clients in CRM or designated systems.
  • Handle calls, emails, and client communications professionally.
  • Schedule and organize meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide timely updates on leads, meetings, and projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and follow‑ups.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in accounting, client management, or sales support is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
