This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Doha, Qatar. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, reconciling account balances, maintaining general ledger integrity, and complying with financial regulations. Day‑to‑day tasks include overseeing budget preparation, verifying financial transactions and data, and supporting internal and external audits as required. The role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications- Strong financial and accounting skills, including expertise in preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling accounts, and maintaining ledger accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support informed decision-making processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools, with hands‑on experience in platforms such as Quick Books, SAP, or other financial management systems.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a global or diversified organization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
