About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, hands‑on ERP experience (preferably Odoo), and the ability to manage daily accounting operations in a fast‑paced Food & Beverage environment. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting business decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
- Optimize accounting workflows within the ERP system (preferably Odoo)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Minimum 6 years of accounting experience
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or retail industry (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience working with ERP systems, especially Odoo (required)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong stress‑management and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Full‑time position
- Office‑based role (with business‑operations interaction as needed)
- Fast‑paced industry environment
