We are looking for a skilled Paint Technician to join our Body Shop team in Qatar. In this role, you will prepare, prime, and paint vehicle surfaces to restore them to manufacturer standards, ensuring high‑quality finishes and durability for customer satisfaction and safety.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by applying body filler, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint according to manufacturer repair standards.
• Restore finishes on older vehicles through machine compounding and polishing.
• Maintain high workmanship standards to ensure quality and durability.
• Follow all safety protocols, including using protective gear and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Participate in team meetings, safety training, and internal assessments for certification.

• 2–3 years as a car painter in a paint shop.
• High school pass; ITI course in Automobile Engineering with specialization in car body painting and refinishing preferred.
• Proficiency in surface preparation, priming, painting, rubbing, and polishing.
• Understanding of paint mixing technology and painting plastic parts.

• Ability to complete internal assessments (Bronze, Silver, Gold) based on role level.
• Ability to comprehend and apply paint manufacturer guidelines.
• Skilled in using conventional spray guns and related equipment.
• Knowledge of sanding techniques and polishing machines.
• Commitment to safety practices and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills, adaptability to new technologies, and eagerness for training and development.
