DescriptionAbout the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in the auto spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Qatar market and a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Train, support, and motivate sales staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in auto spare parts sales, with at least several years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of Qatar market demands and trends in the automotive spare parts sector. Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Valid Qatari Driving License is an advantage.
