Automobile Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

• Receive customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Prepare repair estimates and explain required services
• Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor repair progress
• Communicate with customers regarding repair updates and approvals
• Prepare job cards, invoices and service documentation
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships
• Promote additional services when required

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prepare estimates and explain technical issues to customers
• Experience with European, German, or luxury vehicles is an advantage
• English communication is required;
  Arabic is an advantage
• Valid Qatar residency and transferable visa preferred
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education
• Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, essential for test drives and vehicle handling
• Demonstrates 1-2 years of experience in an automotive service environment, showcasing a basic understanding of the industry
• Exhibits a strong customer service background, with proven ability to interact with customers professionally and empathetically
