We are seeking a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be Indian with proficiency in English and a passion for construction. This role is perfect for someone without prior experience in construction management, but with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior construction managers with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
• Monitor progress of construction projects and report any issues to superiors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Handle administrative tasks such as drafting reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings

Requirements:

• Indian nationality preferred
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• No prior experience required, but willingness to learn is a must
• Degree in relevant field (e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
