Responsibilities- Supervise and manage all day‑to‑day operations on the construction site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Review work progress on a daily basis and ensure timely project delivery.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
- Resolving onsite conflicts and handle any emergencies that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with the project stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate site reports and documentation.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- working: 5 years (Required)
Language:
- ENGLISH, HINDI (Required)
License/Certification:
- DRIVING (Required)
