Job DescriptionWe are hiring for a reputed facility maintenance company based in Qatar, currently engaged in a government healthcare project. We are looking for a Civil Foreman with proven experience in facility maintenance, capable of supervising and coordinating civil works efficiently within healthcare or similar critical environments.
Position:
Civil Foremen with facility management experience
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: 2 months (extendable)
Work Days: 6 days a week
Salary: QAR 3,500 (All inclusive)
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage daily civil maintenance work on-site.
- Coordinate laborers and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion.
- Follow safety and quality standards while handling basic troubleshooting.
- Read drawings, inspect work, and report progress to the site engineer or manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in facility management.
- Able to read drawings and supervise civil maintenance and repair work.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Valid QID and willing to work in remote locations like Al Karaana or Al Leghwariya.
- Stable work environment with potential for contract extension
