We are looking for a qualified Lifting Supervisor with strong experience in managing and supervising lifting operations  candidate must hold a valid third-party Lifting Supervisor certificate and demonstrate thorough knowledge of lifting procedures, equipment, and safety standards.

• Supervise all lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Review and understand lifting plans, load charts, and rigging configurations.
• Ensure compliance with company, contractor, and international lifting standards.
• Conduct pre-lift inspections and toolbox talks with rigging teams.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers during critical lifts.
• Ensure all lifting equipment is properly certified and fit for use.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in lifting operations (construction / industrial projects).
• Valid third-party Lifting Supervisor certificate (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of lifting techniques, rigging tools, and safety regulations.
• Good English communication skills to pass PTW (Permit to Work) exam and interviews.
• Ability to confidently attend and pass contractor/company competency assessments.
