Required:

Civil Foreman

Experienced Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor with not less than 10 years of hands‑on expertise in residential and commercial construction projects across the GCC. Skilled in supervising site activities, managing workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring high‑quality finishing works in accordance with architectural specifications and project standards.

Demonstrated capability in overseeing luxury residential villa construction, interior and exterior finishing, and general civil works. Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, BOQ reviews, material approvals, and site documentation. Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining strict safety protocols and timely project execution.

• Site supervision for residential & commercial projects
• Workforce & subcontractor management
• Quality control, snagging, and handover procedures
• Site documentation and reporting
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Ability to read/interpret drawings and resolve site issues
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up & MS Project (advantage)

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
• 10–15 years of GCC experience (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid Qatar Driving License (required)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

• Salary: QAR 5,000 – 9,000 depending on experience and role level
• Housing & transportation benefits may be included
• Company vehicle
