Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil supervision on EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects (not building construction).
• Experience with large-scale plant foundations, equipment foundations, and structural works.
• Proven ability to interpret drawings, isometrics, and construction specifications.
• Familiar with QA/QC requirements, ITPs, and civil documentation in oil & gas projects.
• Excellent understanding of project HSE systems and safe work procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, site reporting tools, and scheduling awareness.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
• GCC experience, especially in Qatar, preferred.
• Valid Qatar  transferable visa is an advantage.
