We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Crew Foreman to lead and supervise our asphalt operations on site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of asphalt works, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage manpower and site activities efficiently.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the asphalt crew on site.
• Ensure proper execution of asphalt works according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress, manage manpower allocation, and optimize crew performance.
• Conduct inspections of asphalt machinery, equipment, and materials before use.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
• Maintain daily records, reports, and documentation related to site activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman with an asphalt crew.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt works, site activities, and manpower control.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team effectively.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
