Job Title:
Land Surveyor
Salary: QAR 120,000 - QAR 240,000 per year. Accommodation & Transportation included. This job is 6 days a week, 8 hours a day. Additional hours will be paid OT as per Qatar Labor Law.
Role
Description:
The main purpose of this position is to manage and conduct accurate land and construction surveys to support building construction projects. The role ensures precise measurements, setting out of structures, verification of levels, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate land and construction surveys.
- Ensure precise measurements and setting out of structures.
- Verify levels and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Assist in fieldwork and data analysis.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in land surveying for building construction projects (must have GCC experience).
- Educational Certificate attested from MOFA Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of construction surveying methods and practices.
- Proficiency in surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
