We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in villa projects, and must be UPDA certified. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred due to the nature of project coordination and communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for villa projects.
• Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project management team.
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor and control material usage, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
• Prepare site progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local construction codes and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• UPDA Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry in Qatar, with proven experience in villa or residential projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management and site supervision.
• Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
