We are a leading construction and interior fit-out company based in Doha, Qatar, recognised for delivering high‑quality building and interior projects across the commercial, residential, hospitality and corporate sectors. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Civil / Architectural Engineer (UPDA Grade
C) with solid GCC experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on‑site construction and finishing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Review and coordinate architectural and civil drawings with design, structural, and MEP teams to ensure accuracy and seamless integration of works.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements as per project and consultant requirements.
- Monitor project progress, control manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely project completion and maintain work quality.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve design and site‑related issues effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist the project management team in preparing project schedules, progress reports and documentation for client submission.
- Support the estimation and technical team by reviewing tender drawings, BOQs, and providing engineering inputs where required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from a recognised institution.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in construction and interior fit‑out projects within the GCC, preferably in Qatar.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction drawings, finishes, materials and site supervision procedures.
- Strong coordination skills with a solid understanding of multidisciplinary project workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and project coordination software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
