Offshore Construction Supervisor (OCS)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise offshore construction activities with up to 60 contractors and technicians.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and promote an Incident-Free culture.
- Coordinate daily with onshore teams to ensure resource readiness and project alignment.
- Plan and manage execution of construction works within budget and schedule.
- Deliver construction scopes with zero punch items, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Support risk assessments, HAZID, and work preparation for safe operations.
- Compile close-out reports and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore oil & gas construction.
- Relevant technical degree or trade certification.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing shutdowns, campaigns, and offshore construction projects.
- Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, isometrics, and offshore layout drawings.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Offshore certifications: BOSIET / T-BOSIET / H2S.
- Medically fit for offshore work.
