Offshore Construction Supervisor (OCS)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore construction activities with up to 60 contractors and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and promote an Incident-Free culture.
• Coordinate daily with onshore teams to ensure resource readiness and project alignment.
• Plan and manage execution of construction works within budget and schedule.
• Deliver construction scopes with zero punch items, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Support risk assessments, HAZID, and work preparation for safe operations.
• Compile close-out reports and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore oil & gas construction.
• Relevant technical degree or trade certification.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience managing shutdowns, campaigns, and offshore construction projects.
• Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, isometrics, and offshore layout drawings.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Offshore certifications: BOSIET / T-BOSIET / H2S.
• Medically fit for offshore work.
