Summary

The Rental Agent at Prestige Cars Company is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring compliance with all transportation requests from the outlet's guests and hotel operations.

• Assist customers with their rental inquiries and provide detailed information on available vehicles and pricing.
• Process rental orders, including booking reservations, collecting payments, and issuing rental agreements.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and return of rental vehicles.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer details.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote rental services and special offers.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role in the car rental industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using rental management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• For the Senior Rental Agent position:
  Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of the car rental market would be preferred.
