Nair Systems is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Key Accountabilities- Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.
- Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
