Position: CX Quality Auditor: Elevate Digital & In-Flight Experience
A leading global airline in Doha is seeking a Customer Experience Quality Specialist to enhance service standards and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will conduct audits of the customer journey across digital and physical platforms, analyze data to drive improvements, and collaborate with teams to implement service enhancements. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a diploma or degree equivalent are required.
