Job Description

Our sister company, Khimji Tourism LCC, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Executive to join its Operations team in Qatar. We are looking for a candidate with a strong network in Qatar.

The ideal candidate is responsible for providing essential support to the travel sales team, assisting in the planning, booking, and management of client travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:
    Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, Whatsapp, understand preferences, and provide initial travel options.
  • Itinerary Assistance:
    Help design and customize travel itineraries (hotels, activities, packages, transfers and other land based services) under supervision, focusing on specific destinations or tour types.
  • Booking & Admin:
    Process bookings, update client records within CRM systems, manage client transactions, generate quotes for clients and ensure reporting files are updated in the ERP system on a timely basis.
  • Supplier Liaison:
    Contact hotels and activity providers for rates, availability, and special requests.
  • Sales Support:
    Assist in converting leads into sales by presenting compelling travel options and meeting targets.
  • Research:
    Gather information on destinations, new products, and competitor offerings.
  • Relationship Building:
    Foster positive relationships with clients and suppliers for repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in using OTA's and utilizing them to build itineraries.
  • Candidates must be available in Qatar with transferable work visa.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Aviation & Hospitality Management.
  • Passion for travel & customer service.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) & interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Travel and aviation : 3 years (Preferred)
