- Resolve customer complaints, offering solutions or escalating when necessary.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through positive and productive interactions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Manage customer accounts, providing updates and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with product inquiries and other related concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Ability to join immediately with a valid QID (NOC ready).
