Job Description
As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and outstanding service delivery of our spa facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, managing a team of spa professionals, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff; conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations; foster a positive and collaborative work environment. - Operational Excellence:
Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the spa; monitor and maintain spa facilities to meet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards; collaborate with other departments to coordinate spa activities and promotions. - Customer Service:
Uphold the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction; handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner; work closely with front desk and reservation teams to optimize appointment schedules. - Sales and Marketing:
Assist in developing and implementing spa promotions to drive revenue; encourage upselling of spa services and products; collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa offerings and events. - Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage spa product inventory; place orders for spa supplies as needed; ensure proper storage and usage of products to minimize waste.
- Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management.
- Diploma or degree in spa management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in spa therapy or management are a plus.
